Monarch at Ridge Hill, the first of several residential towers at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, is almost ready for occupancy. The villagelike development has been slow to get off the ground, delayed by everything from legal action to the recession.The first residential tower of a mixed-use community called Ridge Hill is about to open in Yonkers.
