The Praedium Group and CAPREIT recently spent $19 million to buy a 202-unit apartment building in Shakopee known as the Shenandoah Apartments, according to a news release. The seller, who was described in the statement as "a local investor," hadn't been marketing the properties for sale. The apartments, at 935 Alysheba Road, were built in 2005. The units have private patios, balconies, 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, and full-size washers and dryers.
