Starkey Hearing Technologies is expanding its research and development center in Eden Prairie. The hearing aid manufacturer recently signed a lease for about 40,000 square feet in a building at 6455 Flying Cloud Dr., according to spokeswoman Kendra Klemme. This new space will accommodate about 150 people.
