ICM plans upgrades for International Plaza in Bloomington

ICM Realty Group has assumed control of the partnership that runs International Plaza in Bloomington, and it's planning some significant upgrades to the 280,000-square-foot, 11-story tower. Calgary, Alberta-based ICM plans to invest "several million" to update the lobby, common areas, and building mechanical systems. It also plans to create tenant amenities such as an exercise studio and wi-fi lounge in the 1985-built property, according to Andrew Webb, managing director of ICM, who has an office?
