Pohlad's RJM Construction will move to downtown Minneapolis

RJM Construction, a general contractor owned by the Pohlad family, is moving its headquarters to the downtown Minneapolis Warehouse District from St. Louis Park. RJM recently signed a 30,000-square-foot lease on the top two floors of the 701 Washington Ave. N. building, according to Jessie Folkens, a spokeswoman for RJM. RJM will be leaving space at 7003 W. Lake St. in St. Louis Park where it leases space today, she said. Marquette Real Estate Group bought RJM in 2008. The contractor has about?
