Swervo to redevelop Mayon Plastics site in Hopkins

Swervo Development Corp. has started demolishing part of the vacant Mayon Plastics building in Hopkins where it plans to develop a small retail center. The new retail project is called Crossroads Plaza and it will reuse a portion of the old manufacturing building, according to a report in the Hopkins Patch.
